About the Program

• Comprehensive program with alternating weeks of classroom and on-the-job training in the following areas:

• Competitive salary
• Performance-based bonus
• Licensing training and exams, paid for by Sun
• Relocation stipend, if applicable
• A personal laptop, to use during the program

Preferred Program Candidate Qualifications

• College graduate with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Leadership experience in activity, sport, social organization, etc.
• Previous work experience, preferably in a professional environment
• Community involvement
• Understanding and appreciation of being rewarded for results
• Willing to travel in New Jersey up to 90%, during program
• Willing to relocate within NJ, if applicable
