At Sun, the security and privacy of your personal information is a top priority for us. To ensure the security of your account information, a number of features have been built into Sun Mobile products:
- Your personal information is protected by advanced encryption technology to prevent unauthorized access
- During the SunMobile Registration Process you are provided a unique verification code which is required to verify your mobile device phone number and associates your mobile phone number with your account. In addition, it lets you know your mobile device's phone number was successfully entered into the system
- Mobile Text, Web and App use the same Security as Sun National Bank’s Online Banking
- Sun National Bank will never transmit your complete account numbers
- Account numbers will appear truncated on the screen of your mobile device
- No Identifiable Information, including PIN, email or personal address will be communication by Sun National Bank. Quick Code text message will not return any personally identifiable information.
- Your user ID and password will never be included or asked for in any of the text messages that you receive from or send to Sun National Bank
